Want to do it all, but don’t know where to start or just need a little extra help? This hourly consultant can hop on calls or meet up with you in person to help you get started or tie up loose ends.

Hourly Rate- $50/hour
FULL PLANNING & COORDINATING
A professional planner will work with you to create a unified vision for your wedding day and guide you every step of the way. From choosing your wedding vendors, to fluffing your veil and fixing your tie, we’ll be by your side through it all.

Elopements with no guests -$400
Elopements with up to 10 guests - $500
Weddings with 1-25 guests - $800
Weddings with 25-75 guests - $1,200
Weddings with 75 - 150 guests - $1,500
Weddings with 150 - 250 guests - $1,800
Weddings with 250 + guests - $2,100

VENUE FEES
All packages may be subject to any additional fees required by your venue(s).
While not all venues charge these fees, some do, so please be aware of this possibility. These fees are determined solely by your venue(s), and Culbreath Coordinating has no authority to negotiate, waive, or modify them on your behalf.
TRAVEL & PARKING FEES
Travel fees may be applied to any event 40+ miles outside of the Metropolitan Area of Jacksonville, FL. Additionally, overnight housing may be required to be provided by the client(s) if your venue(s) are more than 1 hour outside of Jacksonville, FL.
Parking fees may be applied if no street or lot parking is available to your vendors. This cost is the responsibility of the client(s).
